Nooks & Crannies an Art Thesis Exhibition 2025

“Nooks and Crannies” is an idiom that captures the essence of exploring small spaces or overlooked details. It embodies the desire to uncover hidden treasures that have long remained out of sight. It conveys a sense of familiarity with a place, picturing every room and corner in our minds as if we were there. Yet, when we turn our gaze inward, how well do we truly know the landscape of our minds? How many corners exist where we can sit comfortably in silence? As human beings, we experience a wide range of emotions, but how many of those emotions are tucked away in the shadowy recesses of our minds?
This exhibition is an art thesis exhibition of 17 students from the Department of Photography and Media Art, College of Design, Rangsit University. Each student shares a variety of stories that resonate within the depths of their minds. Through photography, it invites viewers to explore the feelings and emotions within themselves. It serves as a reminder that while time moves forward unceasingly, we must not overlook the small yet significant corners within ourselves and our surroundings. And it is essential to acknowledge the many unspoken marginalized stories in our society, awaiting the light of understanding to illuminate them.
