In the era of industrial expansion consuming a number of resources in product processing, there is currently a  global change creating a lot of environmental problems and one of them is global warming which is the cause of natural disasters and increasing devastations.

Environmental awareness makes humans interested in finding solutions by reducing, reusing, recycling from leftover materials and some from furniture manufactory through recycling in order to reuse or transform them into new ones. One of most-used materials is wooden spills from industrial processing, such as spills from wooden frames, laminate scraps, plywood scraps or other wooden materials that cannot be processed.

Such a process can reduce wooden materials consumption, while it needs to consume more electricity in many steps. As noticed, there are possibly alternatives to add in recycling unwanted material process which aims to reduce consuming energy in processing by means of using wooden spills from furniture manufactory that has 10% fraction of unwanted material from processing in architectural work and interior design, for instance, furniture, cupboard, bed, showcase and vice versa. Forming each part usually leaves leftover materials from cutting edges or performing perforated frameworks.
