For Thai people who live by agriculture in the harvest season, there is a rite showing gratitude to holy spirits representing earth, sky and air. It is believed that this will grant the abundance and preservation of cultivated plants by taking plants and wheats that are products from the first harvest to process into specific foods in each festival and to sacrifice and pay respect to worshipped holy spirits. Duangsuda Krayasart is one of the recipes that has been passed for 45 years but it is still an unknown sweet among teenagers, there must then be a product and establishment improvement to attract more people from the younger generation.
